Nna Graphic Design Studio primarily offers digital products and services, including but not limited to:

Branding and visual identity design
Website design
Illustration and other design-related services

Because these products are digital and/or custom-made, we do not accept returns once a project has started, except as outlined below.

Project Review & Possible Refund

After a purchase is made, we review the project details before starting work.
In rare cases, if we determine that we are unable to proceed with the project due to scope, feasibility, or other professional reasons, we reserve the right to decline the project.
In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on the circumstances.

Cancellations & Changes

Before the project starts:
You may request a cancellation or change to a different product or service.
After the project has started:
Cancellations and refunds are generally not accepted, as work and planning will have already begun.
