1. About us
These terms apply to orders with Nna Graphic Design Studio, nna.graphicdesignstudio@gmail.com. By ordering you agree to them together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Our services
Website Design, Branding, 5 Ad Pack (social media contents design service) and Pocket Studio (weekly design service). The details of what is included are shown on each service page and on your order page. Pocket Studio works on one request at a time. Not included: e.g. printing, photography, paid stock, development beyond the agreed design, ad spend.
3-a. Orders and payment
Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. We take payment through Shopify. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. Pocket Studio weekly prices, including any discount, are shown on your order page.
3-b. Deposit
The £15 deposit pays for your first draft. You share your brief through our form before you buy. We begin work only after you confirm at checkout, and we email you when we start your draft. If you go ahead with the main project, the deposit is credited toward the project price. Refunds are set out in our Refund Policy.
5. Your responsibilities
Give us accurate information, materials and feedback in good time. You confirm you have the right to use anything you send us. Delays on your side may delay delivery. The terms for Pocket Studio weeks are set out in our Refund Policy.
6. Delivery and revisions
Turnaround: 5 Ad Pack within 3 to 7 business days of your order; other services as stated on your order page. Revisions: 3 rounds per deliverable, unless your order says otherwise. Extra work may be quoted separately.
6. Ownership and rights
Drafts are for review only. When payment for a project is complete, you receive ownership rights to the final files for the agreed use. We keep our working files and any third-party assets (such as fonts or stock), which are licensed separately and are listed on request. If a refund is given, you may not use drafts or work in progress.
7. Portfolio
We may show finished work in our portfolio and promotion, unless you tell us before delivery that you do not agree.
8. Confidentiality
We treat your non-public project information as confidential and use it only to deliver your work.
9. Our responsibility
We deliver services with reasonable care and skill. If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Nothing here limits your legal rights as a consumer, or any liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). For business customers, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected order, and we are not liable for indirect loss.
10. Ending the service
You may cancel as set out in our Refund Policy. We may stop work if you do not pay, do not respond for 14 days, or ask for something unlawful, and we will refund any unused portion as the Refund Policy sets out.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The terms shown when you order apply to that order.
12. Governing law
Law of Japan applies. If you are a UK consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of your home country and may bring a claim in your local courts.
