What file formats will I receive?
You'll receive high-resolution files optimized for Instagram and other social platforms — delivered as JPG and PNG for image ads, and MP4 for video ads. All files are sized and ready to post, no extra editing needed.
How do I send my assets?
Simply upload your product photos and logo directly on this page before placing your order. We accept JPG, PNG, and PDF files. If you have multiple files, you can send them via email.
What if I don't have professional photos?
No worries — we work with what you have. Many of our clients use smartphone photos, and we know how to style and enhance them to look polished in your ads. If your photos are very limited, we may use complementary stock visuals to complete the design, always keeping your brand front and center.
Can I request a specific style?
Absolutely. When you place your order, feel free to share reference images, color preferences, or any brands whose aesthetic you love. The more direction you give us, the closer the first draft will be to your vision.
